Ability to open the full tag context menu from tags under the document title (or any zoomed in rem)

At the moment, tags on regular rem provide this context menu

compare the same tag’s menu when invoked from the same rem under the title (zoomed in). Not only do you have to open an additional menu to go to the tag or delete, all the other options are gone!
