Can't access RemNote

Hi,

in the last days I had more and more sync problems (Rems disappearing after adding them). I even needed to delete a document completely because RemNote would freeze when I opened it.

I logged out and back in again, now RemNote is stuck forever at the loading screen:

Any advice?

The past few days have been way less stable than usually. There are workarounds though: the first one is to delete your browser history or do this I can't log into my account or stuck on loading screen?
The second workaround is to switch to another app while RemNote is loading, from my experience that makes the loading time quicker. I’ve created a bug report on the issue of loading time being faster when it’s running in the background. Here’s the link https://github.com/remnoteio/remnote-issues/issues/206

Deleting my session’s data via DevTool worked, thanks. I can now login again :slight_smile:

However it seems sync is not really working anymore? Is there a way to trigger sync manually? If I enter something on my desktop browser it just does not show up on my mobile app and vice versa.

No manual sync yet, but hopefully in the future, what works for me is deleting the history and logging back in so that it syncs

Really sorry about all the technical troubles. In this past week, we’ve had a lot of stability issues. This is because we are building a new back end in preparation for better scalability. Hopefully, the stability problems will be resolved by next week.

We are just about done with the desktop app (to be released soon), which will also help alleviate our issues. Thanks for understanding and for being so patient with us!
