Combine the expand/collapse subrems buttons with the bullet icon. 1 click to toggle expand/collapse, hold down = open rem in new view

Currently each rem has 3 buttons: menu, arrow to expand/collapse, and the bullet itself.

I think the interface would be cleaner and simpler if the latter two could be combined. There would be fewer visuals. press once to expand and collapse, hold to open the rem.
