Documentation on November CSS updates?

The November update mentions the following:

  • Recognition for indented and hidden code blocks on the Custom CSS page.
  • Simplified HTML DOM tree in the Editor to enable easier Custom CSS.
  • Semantic CSS classes at the subtree level (new tree-node-container-* classes)

Is this documented somewhere? When I go to the Custom CSS power-up and add a CSS Template, it still looks the same as before…

Those changes are mainly the implementation of the suggestions of this feature request: Custom Rem-level formatting with tags.

But when you customize something you have to start up DevTools (F12) and look at the markup anyway. I think the CSS template just serves as a rough guideline to show things that could be customized.
