Please prioritize fixing sync issues

It seems that every time that I switch devices (and I swap between phone, tablet, PC and Mac), I also have to open a separate browser, delete the cache and then return to the dedicated app…
What’s the point of the app?

The Rem created in the phone does not appear in remnote web( Windows 10, Chrome browser). Manual sync bottom did not help, reloading the page and restarting the app as well.

Hey, it’s been almost a month since this was posted. It seems like many users are facing similar issues. Could we please get an update on what’s being done to address the sync problem and how soon can the users expect to see a fix? Thanks!
