RemNote has updated, and you can't sync until you refresh

How to refresh in RemNote?

I’m opening and closing RemNote desktop for the 6th time, and it won’t update.

I opened the desktop app and waited for some time(minimized it). Then appeared the “reload and update app” button on the sidebar.

I seem to get the message today of needing refresh before I can sync with my remote desktop app. Not sure why. I have closed ant reopen the app several times.

me too. I’ve closed and re-opened my desktop app, even restarted my computer but still. my new documents my not been uploaded so please can this be fixed?

Browser: Please click the URL bar and press “Ctrl + Shift + R”
Desktop App: Please close and re-open the app to auto-update.

Windows/Linux Desktop App: Please close and re-open. i am sorry, but this is still not working in my desktop app

Can you please try to close and re-open one more time? Our deploy process just finished.

@Martin Closing and opening did not work for me too today. I tried 5 hours ago. I eventually ended up downloading the installer again which probably replaced the old version. Is this actually safe?

Latest update went smoothly for me (Desktop app).

Is it ever possible to update the app without unpinning it from the taskbar (Windows)?

For the web app the SHIFT+CTRL+R worked for me, but for the windows app I had to download it again from remnote.com/download and run the installer, and that fixed the problem.
