Ability to Organise Notes

It would also be great if we can organise notes as a notebook instead of showing all the notes in the document section (its Messy).

for example able to include all the daily document in a daily document notebook

all chemistry document in a chemistry folder like that

I think you can already do this. See for example the Tutorial about Documents & Folders.

Daily Documents are collected in a Daily Document folder, try clicking it above the date in a Daily document.
