Not sure if this should bee a bug report but as far as i can tell at present there is no way to remove a shortcut ffor a command - only a way to change it too something else.
In particular the recent decision to bind Cmd [ and Cmd ] to navigate forwards/backwards rather than changing indentation is something i would disable if i were able to.
