All images disappeared from local-kb

Hello,

I’m reaching the forum following this bugreport on github: https://github.com/remnoteio/remnote-issues/issues/948

In order to summarize:

I use exclusively local kb without signing up to any remnote account.

Since 1.2.9, all my images disappeared from the knowledge base. More precisely, all references to images points now in path like this one: C:\Users\XXX\remnote\Guest\files instead of being relative to local-kb path. (daily backup seems to be saving in this new location as well)
Although my local kb is opened (I reopened it, and I see all my documents), it shows as if I had no kb opened in top-left corner of remnote:

Also, when I try to paste an image to any document, a red popup appears:
“You must be logged in to upload images.”

I tried:

• creating a fresh new kb: the problem persists
• Settings > Account > Force Sync All Files: it seems to have reimport some images to the C:\Users\XXX\remnote\Guest\files folder, allowing showing it. Most images are still missing though.

That must be really inconvenient, sorry about that! Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

Yes, that’s the first thing I tried

EDIT:
As of this morning, everything is back in order. I suspect that the 1.3 update fixed the issue.
