Anki Import is not working

I have tried multiple avenues of importing my extensive anki notes into RemNote and it is constantly giving me the error “This file requires a new version of Anki”. The newest version of Anki is 2.1.36 which is the patch I’m using currently.

  • I have upgraded to the newest patch and tried uploading. Same error.

  • I have tried upgrading to newest patch and disabling all add-ons. Same error.

  • I have tried different decks. Same error.

This is exceptionally frustrating because the November updates keynote feature was the ability to import Anki notes into RemNote.

So, does anyone have any solutions or a time frame for when this feature will be functional?

We’re having some trouble reproducing this - are the Anki cards that you’re trying to import private, or would you be able to share them with us at support@remnote.io for debugging?

Thanks for the report. We’ve reproduced this and have deployed a fix. Please let us know if you’re still having any problems.
