Regarding syncing, etc, issues with this last update, we have been instructed to reinstall the latest desktop version. Due to seeing other people’s comments of trying this and it not working, I have not installed the latest version in fear I would be worse off then I am now (which is no syncing for 18 days and manually downloading full backups multiple times a day, but I can at least use Remnote).
Has downloading the latest desktop app been a successful fix for anyone, or did that not work for anyone??
