Automatically-add-template does only work once in a hierarchical relationship

In a hierarchical parent-child relationship, only the last child gets the power-up. Here is a minimal example for reproduction in the desktop app:

On another note, sometimes I have to restart RemNote for automatically-add-templates to do anything
