Sometimes in a newly created stub, I am unable to add an alias (No popup) using /alias unless I manually add a ##~ tag to the document. Othertimes, even for a stub created from the same document, I do not need to manually put in ##~ as it autogenerates when I select the option to create an alias.
On a side note, what does the ##~ tilde tag mean?
