Can anyone help me to share a document?

Hi all,

I’m a teacher and I use Remnote to create assignments for my students. I make templates and then use the Share feature so they can import under their own login and complete. However, when I tried doing this yesterday it seems to have stopped working. I spent a long time making a template but when I try to share it it says “Publishing your article. This might take some time for large documents” - with "Loading " underneath. And that’s it, nothing else happens, I’ve tried leaving it like that for a long time but nothing. I’ve tried sharing it unlisted and public but neither of them work. If anyone can help me that would be fantastic!!

I love that you can use RemNote for teaching. :+1:

There were some problems with the new backend which might have caused this. I can confirm that sharing a small document works for me, but larger ones seem to load indefinitely just as you described.

Can you reload RemNote to make sure to have the most recent version and try it on a smaller document just to test?
