Whenever I have loaded PDFs with outlines into RemNote, I have been unable to find a way to navigate through the PDF without having created highlighted pins or references to the corresponding parts of the PDF first (and then clicking on the pins/references to jump to that part of the PDF). This sounds like it could be a good feature request though (if there isn’t one already)!
