I experienced this problem too. I think there is something wrong with the pathway and the folder names. You can solve this by changing the file names.
On Mac, you can do so by going to finder → your macbook → macintosh HD → users → piyus (your macbook name) → remnote → ???. Then, change ‘???’ to ‘null’.

Just to clarify your solution for other users that may be facing this issue:
- Follow the file path that is mentioned when you click any of the broken images in your knowledge base
- After entering the
remnote
folder, make sure that the name of the folder within it matchesremnote/.../files
(for example, in OP’s image,...
=null
) - Refresh RemNote

This issue should be automatically fixed for all users now.
I was facing the same issue when I changed the path of the Synced RemNote KB from the appdata to my cloud service folder.
My solution: after that change was made I simply updated the KB in the update option that appears somewhere next to the folder configuration of the KB in the account settings. Hope that helps
