Cant login to RemNote - Domain extension gets changed from .io to .com

I can not access the RemNote website - the .io domain extension changes in the browser to .com and I get the spinner???

I downloaded the desktop app a week or two ago and it went to the sites main landing fine???

This happens when entering the address manually or click the RemNote link in google search results.

If I access the forum for the ?/help in (macos - Catalina) desktop app it does take you to forum https://forum.remnote.io/ but from there you cant access the main landing page of the site???

How to fix:
Step 1: Delete all cookies of remnote.com
Step 2: Try accessing this URL [RemNote
Step 3: Sign in again to your account

I deleted the cookies from remnote.com and remnote.io but still get the spinner??.

Unfortunately the link you provided also gives me the spinner.

I found another fix…

  1. Remove all cookies => 2. Go to https://www.remnote.com/about => 3. then Sign in again to your account
