Can't open my pdf in another system

Hello,

I have uploaded my pdf and doing highlighting in one system and opening in another system. It opens in the desktop app however it does not open in the browser of another computer. I get this constant error: Cannot Load External PDF

Is there a way to sync in the browser(force sync works on the app)
