Can't restore RAW backup

remnote of my son crashed today and he got about 600 rems deleted, i’ve restored them for him from the trash but they came back totally disconnected in a “undeleted document”

long story short I remembered the new “daily backup” feature and downloaded the backup of last night, deleted all rems and tried to restore the backup, however this is not working…

It gets stuck at “importing” 0%, i’ve tried from firefox / Chrome / Edge all the same thing…

Any help is really appreciated, it is frustrating to have the backup but not be able to recover

Just to experiment, it is worth creating a local KB using desktop app and trying to restore the backup to that empty KB.
