So I have a list of pinned notes and I am trying to rearrange them but it is impossible at this point. Trying to move a Rem up or down in the list randomly moves it and sometimes they just do not move and instead you just see the line that appears when you are trying to move the Rem and it doesn’t go away but the Rem doesn’t move either.
In my experience, the items in the left panel can be re-arranged easily in both 1.3 and 1.4. When moving an item, a blue bar shows the destination, either between two items or as a child of an existing item.
Maybe it has already been fixed already?

It wasn’t working that way for me - but it seems to have resolved now
