i cleared my cache which ended up removing all my information from most websites including remnote. I have tried using the desktop app but none of my documents showed up so i continued using the website now everything is gone. I have exams next week please help me
I think your data is still in the RemNote Server, You just logged in with the wrong account
I tried clearing all the data of remnote.com site, but it just log me out, after I log back in the data is ok.
That’s exactly what happened except my documents were all gone when i logged in

@Funmi_Dawodu What type of login do you use? With Google or With Password?
If you previously signed in with Google, now try to sign in with Email & Password, email is the email in your Google account
I am able to log in with google but not manually. it says my password is incorrect when i try to log in, i clicked on ‘forgot password’ to see if it’ll work but it just says server error
