Copy and paste tag with white space

I want to paste tag with white space.
For example, I have a tag “#Paper Meta”.
If I copied “##Paper Meta”, rem was tagged with “#Paper”.
How can copy & paste tag with white space?

This syntax should work:

#[[My Tag Name]]

You can also right-click on any Tag to copy it.
