Database all gone, after update remnote on Mac. Is it a serious bug?
Are you talking about Local KB in Desktop App?

I think They will try to check where you save the local KB in your computer and restore it for you.
Or send an email to notify them at email@example.com
I just recovered them from backup json file, even though it is not the latest edited version.
By the way, why not set to default that remnote automatically make backups more than once a day?
