Please, please please help me
It’s been already 2 days, I have tried contacting the support@remnote.com, sent multiple bug reports, not a single person has tried helping me fix this error.

Honestly, I lost trust.

The support team reads the bug reports and gets to them when they can. If you send multiple ones for the same issue, it will just take them longer to get to each one. This forum is not where either bug reports or other support questions are read by anyone except other users. You should have the reply from the support team soon.
