Desktop RemNote not syncing with online knowledge base

Even though both Desktop (iMac) and online (remnote.io/knowledge-base) say in Settings in Account/Syncing that syncing was a few seconds ago the online knowledge-base still shows a old (over a month ago) version of the desktop knowledge-base???

I have tried Force Sync All Files and this did not update the online remnote.

Issue is resolved - turns out the online account and desktop app were using different emails. Deleted the online account and created a new one with the same email and all syncs fine
