What’s difference between documents and folders?
The only difference I found is that folders can be expanded in the sidebar to show their child rems, whereas documents cannnot. Is this the only difference for now?

The following was wrong. Documents can also be expanded if they contain documents inside.

So virtually no difference? There is no point “New document” and “New folder” options both exist?

Not quite, folders show their child rems that are also documents.
Folders are documents that containt other documents and that’s all.
