I have a document, which shows up on https://www.remnote.io/knowledge-base page. It is not pinned nor finished and this document is not visible on the sidebar. Could it be some valid reasoning why or is it a bug?
Can you un-document it and document it again. Go to the document title and press
CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + D twice.
If it doesn’t work, can you pin it and unpin it.
CTRL + SHIFT + 8 twice.
Did it show up as pinned in the sidebar?
When a #Document is not pinned nor finished it is a Draft. This is also the default status when you create a document and therefore this section gets quite long. Are you sure it is not there?
You can look through the Draft search portal in the Document Sidebar Power Up.
Yes I am, I have few documents.
I have no folders yet.
Based on the existing answers this seems to be a #bug.
Could also be a child of an another document, in which case you might need to expand the parent folder.
It was not marked as a document, but was showing up on https://www.remnote.io/knowledge-base
Perhaps it was previously a document already and so it stayed in the document overview, even after undocumenting it. Glad the issue could be solved!
