Makes sense to have something like this… PDFs can’t be downloaded…

Yes, I support this feature. The following should be possible:

  1. Upload PDF (this is already possible)
  2. Download PDF - but the PDF stays on the server
  3. Delete PDF from the server
  4. Exporting the complete knowledge base should include all attached documents

Is this going to be considered in future releases? as it cripples to have all PDF’s stored to knowledge base but not able to retrieve a specific PDF for sharing etc when needed.
