Editing Remnotes on Andriod Tablets

Dear All,

I have a novice question and kindly redirect me if it has been answered earlier.

I am not able to update the rems on my Samsung S7+ tablet. I am not sure if there is some option to allow to edits or is it some sort of bugs.

Hello,
Do you mean in a browser or the app? I’m using RemNote app on android without problem.
You can use the “turning arrows” (like :recycle:, but in grey) in the top banner in the android app to force the update of your knowledge base. Give it a few seconds :slight_smile:

Thanks for your response.

I am referring to the andriod application. The basic issue is that keyboard doesn’t appear when I touch to edit the content in Rem.

I have attached a snapshot of the tablet, if that give any indication of what might be the reason.

Just a quick update.

I logged out from the RemNote and then logged in and this solved the issue for me.
