Tried it in both dark and white interface it is not working
Here is the white interface screenshot, it is not allowing me to embed 2 media in a single post which is very annoying 
Update
The queue search is working again… 
This was most probably a browser issue as i was experiencing it only in brave, but i don’t know what happened but it working normally now.
