Highlight in popup not work in PDF highlights file

I can not click the highlight button in the popup in PDF highlights file. Current i could only use the shortcuts.

Browser version：New Edge Version 95.0.1020.5 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

I tried in desktop, that it works fine, but in the browser, i can not use it.
