How can I limit search results in a search portal to a specific document?

Hi! Just wondering if there is currently an option to limit the search results in a search portal to a specific document. I believe there is still no real queries capabilities, but maybe there is a way to do these that I’m not aware of? Thanks for your help and have a good day.
