I have earned some credits by inviting friends, but I can not find the way to use the Earned Credits to buy the pro functions.

Can you tell me how to do？ Thank you!

Hi,

You should subscribe to the monthly pro version. Then the credits, if any, will be used for subscription, in place of actual money.

And yes, you must enter the credit card details first…

I actually have $24 in my credits but it was still charged by RemNote :frowning:

$6 was deducted from my credits but it was ALSO billed from my card - so I don’t know if this is just a bug or this is just how it works. Please help :frowning:
