How do I reset my entire knowledge base?

How do I restore my knowledge base from a Full Raw Backup (JSON)?

You can reset your entire knowledge base through the Settings popup:

  1. Click the gear in the bottom left to open the Settings popup.
  2. Select the “Account” pane.
  3. (Optional) Please consider making a full backup first by pressing "Export Your Rem"
  4. Click “Show Account Settings”
  5. Click “Delete All Rem”.
