I am in a situation that I have hundreds of todos as checkboxes and because I did not prioritize them they look all same level of imprtance. How did you solve this in your #todo’s? I mean whethere you are prioritizing them or not and if you are, how?
Eisenhower Matrix is what I use. It is simple and effective.
On top of that while scheduling tasks I schedule based on my chronotype. I find deep blocks to do creative and impactful tasks during night (because that is what suits me. One of my close friends has his most creative time early in the morning). For chores and tasks that do not need much attention I schedule them in the afternoon or during lost time blocks that fall in between other tasks. Also don’t forget to schedule some time for down time.
Above all, nothing is going to work unless one builds will power to stick to the system and organize one’s routine to have least effort to get started.
