How to disable the auto todo item

I type a todo item, then I type enter, the next item will be a todo::

I do not want this kind of auto todo follow upper todo, I want to enter and get a clean item that is not a todo item.

How to implement it?

Press Enter again on the second to-do, it will remove the box.

Thanks! I know this kind of operation, but I still think it’s tedious.
Is there any toggle or similar thing to stop the auto todo next item forever.
