How to export a large folder without spaced repetition data?

Hello,

I have a rather large folder of about 700 notes (itself consisting of a bunch of subfolders, themselves containing subfolders, themselves containing documents with the notes), that I want to share with a friend.
When I try to export the document as a backup, no matter what I do (even deleting the spaced-repetitin json), my friend receives my spaced-repetiton data, and don’t have their own queue. Sharing via the share feature is also unpractical because there seem to be a lot of 404 errors (perhaps due to the large number of notes).

What can I do in my situation ?
