I’m not sure how I did this but would like to replicate it. How does one gray out parts of a Rem’s path like in the attached img? If you click on it, the rem returns to a regular black bulleted rem.
Rem are greyed out if they themselves are hidden, but a child of them is not. This way you can still see the hierarchy.
Type /hide
to see all hiding commands. You want /Hide Parent & Siblings from Document
.
(Note: It seems like this command also hides uncles/aunts which might be a bug.)
Show rem again use Ctrl + Down on the document title or click on the grey, hidden rem.
