Hi, so I’m enjoying RemNote thus far, however I have one major gripe: I cannot find a way to import images.
I would really love it if I were able to add image Rems? That would help me cite examples of what I’m talking about without having to turn everything into a PDF first.

Here are the already possible options, to get you by. 
While a drag & drop upload function would be nice for the Web version, the workaround (see below) is quite simple.
Imagine from URL
/ insert lets you add an imagine by URL.
Screenshot & Paste
Windows + Shift + S lets you screenshot an area or an entire screen.There’s other apps that you can use, even those that capture GIFs.You can take a screenshot and then just paste it (CTRL+V) into RemNote (Web & Desktop Apps).
Drag and Drop in the Desktop App
In the Desktop App, you can ALSO drag and drop any imagine from your computer.
To replicate in the Web App, just do the Screenshot and Paste method on any imagine you have in your PC.
Mobile
Cannot find a way. 
You can paste on mobile as well if you can somehow get it into the clipboard. E.g. on Webbrowsers long press and copy image.
On ios at least you gotta switch to the desktop view (as in click on the aA in the top left and switch) to paste images, the mobile view is bugged https://github.com/remnoteio/remnote-issues/issues/87
