In the textbook, a system is made up of several components, textbook explains every components and also introduce how they work together. Sometime, there is a flow chart to explain how components work together to generate the outputs.
I set the component as the “concept”, but how do I show their relationship?

An imagine is worth a thousand words. They are really helpful, expecially when the topics aren’t inna diagram but are instead strongly interconnected all over the place.
Additionally you can indent, nesting Concepts and their Descriptors, under other Concepts, and bring in Rem References, Portals and so on (regardless, or if the flowchart is a complicated).
The Graph View should also allow you to view and create connections.
