For example i want to type the essential amino acids with mnemonics so:
M Methionine
T Threonine
V Valine
…
I want the mnemonics to be on the front side of the card and the answer to be on the back side of the card kinda like listed but instead of the numbers i want the mnemonics.
I don’t think there will be a specific option for that, but we can get creative and do something like this

i found that that mnemonics can be better used in the backside of the card , if you consider this then tag your mnemonics as “#Extra card detail” and the rem won’t be on the main part of the card but appear on the bottom as extra detail
At the time of the original post, Extra Card Detail didn’t exist. Obviously it is the correct feature to use now.
