How to make multicard item header bold automatically?

I want to make multicard item bold (when I make three colons) to differentiate it. Is it possible with css?

If you start the multicard item with a capital, it will turn bold.

Tried but nothing happening. Can you post a screenshot pls?

Turning it into a Concept will make it bold, or making it bold in the menu will turn it into a Concept, but I don’t know if you want to keep it as a Descriptor? If so, I don’t know how to answer your question, sorry.
