How to turn a list rem to a normal rem?

I made a mistake, kicking “insert list” to a rem, the result is turning that rem to a list. But I don’t know how to turn it back to a normal rem.
Please show me how. Thank you very much.

Select all the children and press ctrl+alt+l or /list.
