How to un-delete documents or undo?

Ctrl-Z doesn’t seem to work in Google Chrome (sometimes works if done immediately after the action, but if there is any hesitation, it doesn’t work). Is there a different undo option (i.e. an undo button) available or in the works?

I accidentally deleted a document. Is there a way to access the trash to un-delete documents/rem? I saw there was a “view trash” button that showed up when I deleted a lot of rem, but it didn’t work.
