Hyperlink to specific point or area to local Image

Hi,

how to create hyperlink for a specific area in an image (Viewed : windows photo viewer)
when clicked, it should point to a specific point in a image.

Normal Hyperlink is : File Path to a image

Question : specific point or area in an image

Can’t be done unless you convert the image to PDF and upload and highlight it.
