If a Rem is pasted into an empty Rem, it should replace it (instead of create a new one underneath)

I’m often not paying attention if what I’m about to paste is plain text or a Rem.

Whenever I want to paste something as a new Rem, I usually create an empty Rem where I want it to go, and then paste. When what I want to paste is plain text, that works. When its a Rem, it always creates a new Rem underneath.

I think having the behaviour described in the title would be more intuitive, and I don’t think it would have any negative effects.

Suggestions are welcome!
