If I share a document with a PDF linked as source, can people also see the PDF?

I have been asking myself this question for some while since I think there could be copyright problems if I share documents with the PDF included.

E.g. I am sharing a document where I linked my biology script as a PDF. It’s the biology script of my teacher and I am not allowed to share it publicly.

Can other people with who I share my RemNote document also access the linked PDF which I used as a source?

I just tried it and it does not share the PDF. It might denote text references to the PDF if you linked them though. You can always do your own test with incognito browser to be sure.
