I imported an Anki package and the images don’t show. There is just a small icon. I made sure when exporting the Anki package to include all media. I don’t know what to do to make the images visible in RemNote. Has anyone had the same issue, or can anyone help me?
It happened to me too when I formatted my notebook in the desktop version. You need to enter the website program, backup it in JSON format and import it to the desktop version. Don’t forget to always keep your data on a pen drive, email or in the cloud to avoid frustrations like this.
Thank you for your response! How do I backup it in JSON format? I don’t really see a way to do this in the Anki website program…
Sorry for the delay. In the application there is a backup option in JSON format. Look under settings → account
