Images not showing on Desktop app

I tried searching the forum for an answer, but couldn’t find one. If you know of a post that answers this, feel free to point me in that direction

There are images that I have copied (via screenshot) and pasted into the web app version of RemNote and they are not loading/displaying in my desktop (windows) app version of RemNote. Images pasted into the desktop app show up on the web app just fine, but vice-versa does not seem to work. What do I need to do so images show up while using the desktop application, regardless of if the image was pasted via the web app or the desktop app?

Go to Settings and Force Sync it. I was having this problem before and that fixed it. But I got tired of doing it so I just use browser version now.

I have the same problem too. I tried forcing syncing it but still remains the same.

What image format have you been using?

I am not sure what image format is used, I use the “Shift + Windows + S” screen snip shortcut to take images of part of my computer display.

Try again. I remember doing it a couple times before

ive tried like 10 times and nothing is showing up but its strange because some images show up and others dont while i have imported them all the same

After “Force Sync All Files” I scrolled up and down several time then it showed up. But really this should be fixed. (version 1.5.1)
