Images not working in Remnote app and website

Hello! I use Remnote everyday to take notes for my classes, and I often copy and paste images into a Remnote document, via screen snip function. However, some of the images don’t show up, like this:

I tried force syncing files on the app, but it keeps saying error.

I even tried to view the images on the website and on mobile as well, but it still doesn’t load the images. Is there a way to fix this problem? This is a huge problem as my half of my notes are not loading. Thanks for the help.

As long as all images are uploaded on the web/using a synced database are aren’t image links to some external site that may be down, they should be showing up anywhere. Try getting in touch with support from the lower right question mark button - Contact Support.
